Crash on entering Plains of Eidolon from Cetus with Public Matchmaking on

I always crash on entering Plains of Eidolon from Cetus with Public Matchmaking on. But when I'm on a Solo mode I can enter the Plains just normal, either from Cetus or directly from the orbiter. This keeps happening even with or without bounty active.

If I try to enter Plains of Eidolon directly from orbiter on Public Matchmaking, the thing that happens is the game throws me to "multiplayer menu" aka back to orbiter.

 

This has never happened before the Chimera patch. I also tried to update my Windows 10 but it does nothing to the problem.
