I Think This Maybe A Glitch But I Am Not Sure

My Rhino warframe has a V Attack Polarity but I placed pistol scavenger at tactics polarity in the aura's place and I gained energy instead of losing it.

Aura mods always add mod capacity. Placing them in incorrect polarities decreases the amount gained by 25%. In matching polarities it doubles it (for maximum of 14 extra points).

 

You can see next to the mod capacity number on the aura mod the arrow points up. That means capacity gain.

Auras give you additional mod capacities.

Auras on non-matching polarities just give you less.

It still gives you energy if its not the same polarity that's why you want to find an aura with a V. The only ones are steel charge and rifle amp if I remember.
