Bugged Rivens

I'm having issues with some rivens that do not appear on my mods tab. I can only see some of my rivens while others can only be seen when i'm upgrading the riven's weapon. 

In these prints you can see that i currently have 13 riven mods but only 9 of them show up on my mods tab. The other print shows one of the bugged rivens, the pyrana riven appears when i'm on the upgrade tab of my pyrana but it doesn't show up on my mods tab so i can't do anything with it. Does anyone know how can I fix this bug? If so I would appreciate the help.
