Squad-mate Health/Shield UI

I like supporting other players in-game using Vazarin and Nezha (even before he was cool) or Harrow.  A lot of the time I fail to notice when a squad-mate's health is low or their barrier breaks if there's too much sound clutter, the squad-mate Health/Shield/Energy interface is a lot smaller than my own so it's harder to quickly glance at and dash towards whoever is low. It would be nice to have an option to make their health bars the same size as my own so it's easier for me (and probably others) to glance and figure out how our squad is doing on health and energy.

Arbitration Alert missions were recently added, giving players the gift of mortality. Everyone has one life so it's more urgent to dash towards a low squad-mate to heal them or whatever else would be needed.
