TheFalseEclipse Posted October 16, 2018 Share Posted October 16, 2018 (edited) Rescue hostage incursion - rescue target can walk away from you while you are hacking Host migration while mission just started will result 2 mission appear after host migration, 1 will always failed while other wont give reward. Suiciding while waiting on extraction will result downed on cetus then die. I have no idea how to replicate this, but if you revive your teammates at fast pace you can get stuck permanently (cant shot,use abilities, switching weapon work but cant use any of them, can switch archwing but still cant use anything) unstuck do nothing for it.
