Shwaak Prism does not destroy Kuva Cloud during Siphon/Flood missions

During Kuva Siphons/Floods, shooting the Kuva Cloud with a Shwaak Prism will only properly destroy the cloud if the exact center of the blast hits the cloud dead-on. If the blast isn't perfectly centered on the cloud when it hits, the cloud still disappears, but the Siphon doesn't register it as destroyed, and the braid resets after 10 seconds or so.
