What's the deal with these systems. On the Warframe wiki it says they have an 8% chance after each stage yet I have played over 40 stages and not a single one. Not only that but within that time I have received 6 Gara Neuroptics which supposedly have the same 8% chance. Is there something I don't know as it's getting a little ridiculous at this point.
