Derelict Vault - continual loss of stats after picking up a specific Vault key and then entering/exiting operator mode

Repeatedly entering/leaving operator mode after picking up a vault key (I picked up the one that reduces max health this time) drops the HP of both the operator and warframe until it gets to 10HP.

Same happens to movement speed if you pick up a hobbled key.. and it probably happens with Shields/Damage if you picked up those keys. Death returns the stats to normal but entering/exiting operator mode again will lower the stats again.
