Both the loss of health and the healing should be lower than the Nightmare mode: Vampire to not make frames such as Saryn or Nova completely overpowered with their AoE one-shots. Thoughts? The use for it is providing slight self-sustain to any frame and it would work very well with rage. Also wouldn't it be fun with a less risky nightmare mode whenever you want?
