VOS SOLARIS: Finding the last agent after the timer ends does not count and breaks the mission

How to reproduce: Start the first Biz part of vox solaris, hack the terminal and get to the part where you have to find fallen agents. Find 3/4 and let the timer end. The mission will not fail. Then find the 4th agent and it will not count and you will be unable to progress any further.
