Mechanical parts such as Muon Battery are not actually picked up

When I smash loot boxes in Orb Vallis I occasionally get information about picking up mechanical parts such as the Muon Battery (needed for k-drives I believe?) in the bottom of my screen.

Yet when I return to Fortuna these items are missing from the Mission Summary screen. I also cannot find them in my inventory.

They're getting picked up, they're just dropping stacks of 0.

I'm having no problems with Muon Batteries, but Dissipator Coils, Thermal Lasers and Anoscopic Sensors are all doing this. Furthermore, the Business happens to be selling all of these right now, meaning I have no way of obtaining these resources except to throw away my plat.
