Can't Progress Through Fortuna Tutorial

I'm stuck in one of the tutorial missions where you speak to Eudico and are meant to deliver a K-bomb to the taxman or whatever.

But after I spoke to her, I left the game and upon returning I no longer have a quest marker to enter the Vallis.

When I enter the elevator it says I must complete Vox Solaris yet in order to do so I need to go into the Vallis.

I can no longer speak to Eudico nor is there any quest marker on the mini-map so i'm basically stuck and can't progress through the tutorial.

Edit: Nvm you just had to set the quest as active when in the ship. My mistake.
