ArcKnight9202 Posted November 10, 2018 Share Posted November 10, 2018 It seems if you use a skill at the same time you are coming out of the water, it'll use the archwing skill instead of the warframe's. In this case, Cosmic Crush was used and it prevented me from being able to resurface from that platform. I was able to get out of the water via a different platform, however. Very strange.
