Huge mouse delay after many warframe or windows updates

After updating either warframe or windows (8.1), when trying to then play warframe, I often have a massive mouse delay (using Logitech G502 Proteus Core) making the game unplayable to me before uninstalling my latest windows update and even that isn't a reliable fix to the problem, sometimes forcing me to wait for the next warframe patch or windows update to (hopefully) resolve the issue. Warframe is the only game where this happens to me, as soon as I close or tab out of warframe, the cursor moves at normal speed / without noticable delay again. As far as I can tell, keyboard inputs seem to also be effected, but by far not as severely.

I have a similar problem. Sometimes when I first launch and open warframe my mouse will essentially act like it's dying. It'll not properly accelerate and some directions wont work at all. When I alt+tab out of warframe the mouse works fine...

The problem goes away for me usually when i relaunch warframe or when I unplug my mouse, wait a minute then plug it back in and make sure all my settings are as they were.
