Bounties imbalanced resource rewards

The bounties round that expires approximately when this topic will be created provides missions with very weird resource rewards. Tier4 has a reward of 2 mutagen mass (total cost of copy and craft is 60.000 credits and total craft time is 24 hours), while tier5 has 1 orokin cell (endless bp with craft cost 15k and craft time 1 hour)... Seriously?
And now bounties have updated and the tier4 provides 2 fieldrons (same calculations) while tier5 has 10.000 credits reward. This seems very unfair.
