Hunting tools UI not scaled/not usable on controller

I am using a Playstation 3 controller with an XInput wrapper to emulate a 360 controller, using the Playstation button set.

 

When equipping a tranquiliser rifle for hunting in the Vallis, I am unable to select any auxiliary equipment, i.e. echo lures. I can select one from my gear wheel, but the usual "Hold R1 for actions" prompt does nothing, so I can't change which lure I'm using.

 

The keyboard controls still work, so I can hold 2 to access my lures, but it's still a bit of a faff.

Same thing on the Xbox One controller. It's just the tranq rifle though - not the fishing spears. The aux equipment box is really small and placed oddly, like it's fixed to a lower resolution like maybe 1440p or lower. I'm running the game in 3840x2160. Also LB doesn't work in the Arsenal for switching between A, B, and C profiles on warframes, weapons, pets, etc...

I can confirm that the hunting HUD doesn't scale properly. I have my HUD scale set to 165 and while the fishing one looks fine, the hunting one is tiny and shifted toward the screen center
