Solution to Xinput error (unable to login due to directX being to old (not really) for users gamepad (no gamepad))

Im including solution to Xinput error (unable to login due to directX being to old (not really) for user's gamepad (no gamepad)) as couldn't find anything regarding it on internet and old fix no longer works (I'm guessing: overzelous anticheat protection).

Exact message: "Your gamepad will not function correctly without the latest DirectX 9 runtime"

From respective archives below:
    <WarframeDir>\Downloaded\Public\Drivers\DirectX9\Oct2005_ixinput_x86.cab
    <WarframeDir>\Downloaded\Public\Drivers\DirectX9\Oct2005_ixinput_x64.cab

Following files must be manually (DirectX installation won't do it) extracted into windows libs:

64-bit versions of library:
    xinput9_1_0.dll
    xinput9_1_0_x64.cat
    xinput9_1_0_x64.inf
Into: C:\Windows\System32\

32-bit versions of library:
    xinput9_1_0.dll
    xinput9_1_0_x32.cat
    xinput9_1_0_x32.inf
Into: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ 

And yes, names are confusing but it is right.
