Daily reputation limit goes down even if at standing cap.

Hello,

I forgot I would hit Old Mate with Solaris United today, and did a bunch of bounties in a row.  My daily reputation limit went down and the bounty reward pop-ups told me I was gaining reputation, but I wasn't.  I had heard this was fixed, but I guess that was a rumor.

Should I even bother submitting a support ticket?  I have no way of providing evidence for this because I only noticed after the fact.  In the long run it's not a big deal, but since Fortuna just launched it hurts losing 10-15k reputation.  I could use that to buy a set of kitgun blueprints and gild it.
