Getting Kicked Out Of A Mission By Host Migration (Myself Alone)

i was doing io defense to set a record with one of my clanmates and 2 of our friends, and at wave 51 i get kicked out. not only does it kick me out, but it doesn't give me a separate session, just sends me back to the main menu screen with the solar system. and i'm not able to rejoin the game i was just in to help them out because it says the objective was complete even though i've seen people rejoin defense missions after wave 5 before when they were disconnected. not sure if i got the mods/resources since i was dropped, and didn't get any of the bonus exp at the end.....

 

EDIT: was nyx, so would've really helped my team out if i had been able to rejoin....
