Fortuna Fog is flat and rotates with the camera

This is especially bad for ultra-wide monitors. Take a look at this fog:

If I rotate my camera a mere 15 degrees to the left, the fog rotates with it.

Please change how fog is rendered to fix this, using the depth buffer is not a good solution.
