I've asked for an e-mail change, answered all of their questions and they still didn't answered me, a month has passed and still nothing... I don't know if this is the right forum to say that, btw. Funny enough, when I asked for a name change the person in charge of my ticket simply forgot about it. If its been too long try sending another message.
