Garuda - Gladiator Set Not Applying; See post for details

Garuda - 4 Forma - Rank 30; also using Garuda's Talons - No Forma - Rank 30

Test 1) Using Gladiator's Resolve, Aegis, and Finesse in the Warframe shows only 3 set bonus even though I have Gladiator Rush and Might in the Talons.
Expected Result: 5 set bonus
Actual Result: 3 set bonus

Test 2) Using Gladiator's Resolve, Aegis, OR Finesse in the Warframe shows only 1 set bonus even though I can have Gladiator Rush AND Might in the Talons.
Expected Result: 3 set bonus
Actual Result: 1 set bonus

Test 3) Using Gladiator's Resolve and just Gladiator Rush
Expected Result: 2 set bonus

Actual Result: 1 set bonus

Garuda Talons work very similar to Exalted Weapons.

As of recent undocumented change, set bonuses have begun to apply to Exalted Weapons but the UI still does not show this.

This can be seen very easily by using the True Steel and Gladiator mods on Valkyr Talons to achieve Orange Crits with some combo counter.
