Garuda's Talons' Tertiary colours only apply if there isn't a melee weapon equipped

I noticed that the tertiary colour slot of Garuda's talons automatically copies the tertiary colour slot of the Warframe while there is a melee weapon equipped. However, it is a separate tertiary slot when there isn't a melee weapon equipped. I can email some images of the issue if needed.
