PoE Ghoul Bounty Elimination Target Despawns

After killing the required number of targets for the elimination target to spawn during a ghoul bounty, the target would immediately burrow underground and despawn. Enemies would continue spawning until the last 30 seconds of the time limit, but the target never came back resulting in a failed bounty.
