Profit-Taker mission 1 spear missing after picking up the Quill one

As mentioned in the title, after I picked up the spear the quill contact had on his body, after already having one in my gear, mine simply, vanished. Couldn't select it in the mission, and after exiting I found that it was missing from my gear. Pretty sure picking it up actually removed it from my gear.

the same thing happened to me, I had to restart the mission because the enemies in the second stage bugged out and did not drop a data mass and I definitely lost both the Lanzo and Tulok spears I have had since plains of Eidolon. when I checked after picking the spear up in mission both times
