thepixelninja241 Posted December 23, 2018 Share Posted December 23, 2018 This is the first time I encountered a Juggernaught on Arbitration Infested Survival (Zeugma/Phobos Tileset) but that aside, about 2 minutes into his appearance, I was suddenly walking slow as if I had a Hobbled Dragon key equipped. There's no status effect on me to warrant such a thing either.
