Kuva Fortress somachord scans

I finished all somachord scans in the Kuva Fortress but its only given me the combat variant, the ambience theme is still locked, i remenber i got a scan for the Witches Lair in a spy mission but ended up failing the mission, after that i managed to find another scannable but i noticed that the progress bar had not counted the scan on the failed mission, after that i filled the scan progress bar and the scans stopped showing up, ive ran about 13 exterminate missions with all radar mods equiped along with a few other mission types, no sign of any scans, im guessing the soundtrack is locked forever now?

Hmmm goto your orbiter and to the music player and goto the locked songs section and see what it says... is the song still locked?  Is it still telling you to goto Kuva Fortress??   

Have you logged out/on since this has happened and did that fix anything???

Yep, tried logging on and off already, and only the combat variation has been unlocked, the other one is still locked as If I had not completed he scans, does not really say anything when I choose it
