Cave not counting towards Vallis Spelunker trophy

Currently stuck at 29/30 caves explored although I have explored all caves repeatedly. I think i know which cave isn't counting towards the total since that particular cave is not appearing on my map despite me entering it multiple times. Read on the PC forums that this was a common bug. Would appreciate it if DE took a look at this and fixed the bug since it's preventing me from getting all the PS4 trophies. Quite an inconvenient bug, especially for completionists. 

And yes, i am absolutely sure i visited all 30 caves because in a YouTube tutorial someone visited the same caves as i did and got the trophy but it doesn't seem to be working for me.
