Camera Controls moving too fast.

Right. I played the Warframe yesterday, and everything was fine, could in peace place my aim at enemies without issue.

Today? Camera controls are being way too sensitive, and no-matter what I do I cannot get them lowered! Even turning camera controls in-game did not do anything. And it is not even a first time this happens. Usually, restarting game and changing some options or playing some other game have fixed it, but not this time.

I am using Logitech's Gamepad F310 currently, and had the same problems with PS4 controllers before.

 

So. I am open for suggestions a) Why this happens and b) how to fix it? Because it is honestly annoying when you tap the stick lightly and you basically do 360 with the camera...
