I have connected warframe to my twitch, my twitch has been made a twitch prime and connected to my amazon prime account. With all that said I try and click on "get my rewards" and I get the most interesting response.....

I have no other twitch account nor is there one attached to my amazon so not sure how I can have already claimed something I just connected today? I need help I would love a Trinity Prime and also the weapons bundle but I get the same response for the weapons also yet as I've said I don't have any other account.
