Sacrifice Mod

 The Sacrifice mod, for the Sentinels, and it goes to revive me goes up to 80% to 99%  then let me die. At first I thought it was because it had weapons on it, I remove them. It's still does it. Please fix this, it's majorly irritating when you try to play alone, die, and your Sentinel laughs at you as you die. Thank you for your time.
