Cursor keeps coming off my screen

I have been play warframe for long time and i have never had this happen to me. whether in a game or or just on my ship my cursor keeps coming off my page making have to re click on warframe every couple of seconds the warframe cursor could be in the middle the screen and this will still happen. It to the point were even easy missions become significantly harder because my frame keeps stopping due to the cursor issue. I play on windowed and have been playing on windowed for a very long time and problem is only happening now, this problem does go away when i put warframe into fullscreen but it runs like garbage on my pc. (this has in every phase the game even when i am trying to login)
