You might want to edit your thread title, it's very vague - also what "ice mod" are you referring to? If it's the Frost ability mods like Freeze, Ice Wave, etc. then no, you cannot, those can only be used by the Frost warframe.

No you cant use freeze, ice wave, snowglobe and avalanche. But you can use warm coat. Chilling grasp for shotgun, deep freeze for pistols, cryo round for rifles and north wind for melee

Your Excalibro can't evolve into Frost. It can evolve into Avalon Excalibro or Pendragon Excalibro, though. You just gotta give it the right Alert and level it to level 40.

 

No, ice elemental mods are put on weapons. (Cryo Rounds for primaries, Deep Freeze or Ice Storm for secondaries, Chilling Grasp for shotguns and North Wind for melees. Mods like Freeze, Ice Wave, Snow Globe and Avalanche are Frost's skills and can only be put on a Frost.

You just can use the Abilities of Excalibur. Ice wave is Frost's ability, so you can't use that on Excalibur. Simple!

ok,im sorry for my"vague" topic and startin of the post, I was new, so didn't know much about mods, actually I was seeing a player hacking,
