mouse/kb stop working after spider fight

In addition to drop FPS and eventual hang once you do the Profit Taker mission a few times in a row that everyone is also experiencing. My keyboard and mouse controls will stop working after a few orb mother sessions; the log below. The game continues to run as i can see people running around in fortuna. FYI, I did not go into window-mode or anything, not sure why the log kind of suggests that. I just accepted the mission and was about to leave the backroom in this instance.
