[Loading] Client hangs on load when entering Maroo's Bazaar with a Moa

When the user attempts to enter Maroo's Bazaar with a Moa pet, the client can hang on load. It appears to eventually recover and load you in after about 20 seconds.

Steps to repro:

1. Select a loadout with a Moa pet (appears to be any, but I used Krisys core, lambeo moa, drimper bracket, atheca gyro; gilded) or equip a moa to your current loadout

2. Start navigation, selecting Mars -> Maroo's Bazaar

3. Enter any instance with no other party members

Result: At about 70% the client stops responding for about 20 seconds

Expected Result: Client does not stop responding during a load

 

Notes: I couldn't find any crash logs in my game directory. Can provide a dxdiag but my computer hasn't historically had any problems of this nature when running warframe.
