Chroma Prime becoming a statue turning him unusable.

I was in a defense with chroma prime  using "spectral scream" when i crouched or got knocked by a heavy gunner (one of the 2) and chroma then stoped doing animations , it was still like when you are idle doing nothing but completely hard like a statue, aiming at only one direction and moving forward to that direction being unable to stop , still with the spectral scream coming out of his mouth , unable to stop casting it or cast any other skill nor use my weapons ( i was only using a melee) , i could jump in any direction but chroma would still be looking at the direction he got stuck looking at.
