Scattered Justice + Vaykor Hek

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to put this, in the past, Scattered Justice used to work with the Vaykor Hek, the mod is now incompatible with the weapon.

"In the past" yeah no. It's never worked with it, it's always been like that. Because they both have that Justice passive. Only the standard Hek can use Scattered Justice. 

The only exception right now is the Rakta Dark Dagger using the Red Veil Gleaming Blight mod, because syndicate melees don't have the same explosion passives as syndicate primaries/secondaries.

I might have been thinking of something else then.  I had thought that the mod would have worked with the Vaykor Hek, probably planted some different mod and weapon combination in my head, my apologies.
