Large fps drop when accessing mod bench, arsenal etc.

As title. Started last hotfix I think? Maybe one before. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I'm having the same thing. It just started happening after the most recent patch. Before the patch I could maintain a solid 60 fps but now whenever I access a menu for the arsenal or the foundry I will get a huge dip in fps(down to about 20-30 fps for about 3-5 seconds before it stabilizes back at 60 fps. None of my settings have changed and my computer is more than qualified to run Warframe at a constant 60 fps. I'm going to tinker around with some settings to see if I eliminate the fps drops. I'll report back if I find anything.
