Gara's Mass Vitrify Being Cast but not taking effect.

Often in multiplayer, when I cast Gara's Mass Vitrify, it does not refresh the duration of my second ability and I cannot break it with my first ability. The amount of glass panes also does not show over the ability icon. I can mainly remember this happening as a client. Good ping and connection don't seem to decrease the frequency of this happening and it seems to appear equally among all tilesets and maps. It seems to be relatively random with it sometimes not happening for several waves and sometimes having to recast several times in a row. Here is a video starting with the time of the offending cast. In the conversation after this, I showed the glitch to a squadmate and it seemed like they could see everything that was going on. It's also happened with a variety of loadouts and weapons. She has no augments equipped.

I have the same bug, before i thought it was because i was casting near objects that need protection, that is why it was not breaking, looks like i was wrong
