opened a ticket 2 weeks ago with no response

Is this normal? I opened a ticket because even though I have been leveling weapons I haven't been gaining standing. and before you ask, yes, i made sure that the weapons i was leveling did not have forma on them. these are all weapons i built or bought and this is their first level. excepting paracesis, which i forma'd five times to get the bonus mastery, which i didn't get.

Yep, that is indeed normal for them to take that long. No need to worry though since that usually is the norm for them to respond to a ticket.

depending on the issue tickets can take a while, they are usually backed up on tickets
