Single Line Pickup Indicator?

I scrolled back a few pages and didn't see this:

I find it incredibly annoying that there is only one line of text that shows what items you've picked up. This is especially painful when opening a locker, or moving over items during combat. At least having 4-5 lines would be preferable for viewing without being too cluttered.

I completely agree. I hate having to sit there and watch it flip through, line by line, to see what I picked up.

I'm not completely against that but I don't think that it's really necessary. I mean what's the point? It it's an ammo/health/energy pickup, you'll see it's effect on your hud. and if it's not, well, whan't the point of knowing exactly how many credits you picked up or what type of material? You can't do anything with that knowledge diring the mission.
