Seems like a bug with the "Mods can be used on multiple weapons at once"-system used for warframes.

If you have multiple mods of the  same, there's no way to tell which one is on a primary. Add an icon to Mods bound to a weapon (Rifle for Primaries, Pistol for secondaries, another for Melee and a sentinel one).

The only way to do that now is to unequip it from every gun and take into account the position on the mod list.

YA~ i know it now, i just didn't know which mod have used on my own weapon, sad, i need to remove all mods on my rifles

No, sentinels can now use any sentinel weapons, doesn't have to be their own default setup.
