TennoGen Round .15 - Additional Inquiry

This'll be kept short ..

     My inquiry - We were recently informed we were receiving the next wave of new items and cosmetics including the most eager for Nidus mains such as myself (Bought him), the Nidus "Night Hunter" Skin within the upcoming 15th round of the TennoGen collaboration and since I am new to this I was indubitably stress-wondering;

     1) When does the participant selection usually progress and start/stop every year? ,

     2) When do we have access to acquire the selected participant's items? ,

     3) Lastly ... Are ALL Steam-based selections encased in a Steam transaction?

I don't understand what you mean. We upload our work to the Steam Workshop and when DE is ready, they look over the items and choose what is acceptable.
