invincible operator on the index

recently I have been playing warframe and getting credits by the index and if you use umbra on the outside map with the max range he will slash dash himself off the map and if you use transference you will become an invincible and invisible operator with no ability and no possible way to unbug yourself please fix this and please make it so if umbra kills you get credit please fix this DE thank you- Kehon
