Is Full Tank Rhino Or Power Tank Rhino More Viable? And The Same For Saryn.

I have mained Rhino for months now, but I have gotten a bit bored and want to play Saryn as well.

 

Does the additional IS protection, damage buffs and CC from a maxed power build Rhino scale better into higher levels than his tank stats, specifically endless defense?

 

My style of playing Rhino is a melee brawler/aggro sponge with more reliance on weapons than abilities.

 

And for Saryn, is it worth more to use her powers as utility and go full tank due to her higher stats, or does it pay to build her as a hybrid?

Playing a Tank is pathetic on high levels, I wish it wasn't as Rhino is my main and I go full tank be he cannot compare to the others, although he is a almighty god on low and medium levels.
