I thought Dx9 was dropped as of Warframe 24.3.3... intel graphics is set to primary. I select DX11 in Warframe launcher settings, and the game have no GPU particles (faded out), loads very fast, and EE.log shows:

0.572 Sys [Diag]: Processor: Intel Quad-HT Core i7-2600 3400MHz HT/MMX/SSE/SSE2/SSE3/SSSE3/SSE41/SSE42/AVX/POPCNT F/M/S/EF/EM: 6/A/7/0/2
0.572 Sys [Diag]: Physical Memory: 13GB / 16GB free
4.601 Gfx [Info]: Found D3D adapter 1: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 (D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL_11_0)
4.693 Gfx [Info]: Using D3D adapter 1: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030
4.723 Gfx [Info]: Using Direct3D 9 Ex
4.777 Gfx [Diag]: Direct 3D: Using Intel(R) HD Graphics [igdumd64.dll]

Problem 1: DX9 dropped yet? Game starts using DX9 on intel graphics, no slow loading problem.

Problem 2: DX10 on intel HD graphics 2000 appears to be compatible, but have extremely long loading screen. Loading Cetus takes more then a minute.

edit: This is on windows 10 64 bit, with 2 GPU: intel and Nvidia.
