Something is eating away my FPS

I mostly have 60 fps at all times

50-60 in heavy combat

My GPU is nvidia geforce gtx 1060 6GB

My system win10 home edition, installed on an SSD drive, game is installed to separate SSHD

RAM: 16GB

CPU: Intel i7-7700 3.60ghz

I play with mostly everything on maxed, even the particles and I rarely suffer any setback

but lately I started geting almost complete freezes when I enter the arsenal or Mod inventory and sometimes I lose a big chunk of fps when I just turn around in the orbiter ( might be the decos) 

Sometimes I also lose frames in missions, but every fps loss always lasts a second on two and then I'm back to very high fps.

It heavily feels like a trouble with loading stuff, pls help
