Mining bug when only using melee weapon

The Sunpoint plasma drill doesn't work when you have only a melee equipped. As you zoom in, it puts the melee in 'block' mode and then you cant beam the node as the weapon takes priority. The bind for 'Aim' and 'Melee Block' is the same by default.
Cant bind 'block' to something else as there is no option in keybinding.

You can just equip a primary and mine like normal but thought I'd make a post about it regardless.
