Getting Downed With Archgun Equipped Disables Gearwheel Items

Noticed that while using the archgun in the Vallis,

When downed while holding archgun the following occurs:

- Archgun will no deploy again after cooldown when selected from gearwheel

-The same issue occurs with the sunpoint plasma drill, fishing spear and tranq rifle.

- K-Drive and Archwing not affected.

- Issue resolves with a self revive after being downed.

The other bugs that happen when you are downed with an archgun out is it will effectively remove your melee weapon and lock you into your secondary unless you let yourself die and revive. Even then your melee weapon may be gone though that will fix the inability to swap to your primary gun.
