Can't swap polarity (on my Zaw)

So i just wanted to swap polarity on my zaw (Lusikka) and it gives me message "Reconfiguration could not be completed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later."

I been trying to swap after hotfixes but still doesn't let me to swap it. This message only appears on this 1 weapon and on others it allows me to swap polaritys. Don't think there is anything i can do to fix this so im asking here.

Same, except on my recently built moa companion. The first one I did a while back was fine. Had a similar issue a while back with a single position on another companion (dont remember what is was unfortunately), ended up just formaing it. Other items seems to be fine, maybe its just a modular item issue.

I've run into the same problem with my Dokrahm Zaw. It works fine on my kitguns and other weapons, don't have any other Zaws to try it out. It's not really a problem, just kind of annoying.
